Jump Board brings that onto the reformer. You’ll push off the board in a series of controlled, low-impact movements that get your heart rate up without putting stress on your joints. It feels light and dynamic in the moment, but you’ll still get that full-body burn.
There’s a strong focus on the posterior chain, coordination, and staying connected to your form even as the pace picks up. It’s the kind of class that keeps you engaged the whole way through and leaves you feeling worked without feeling worn down.
